We recommend you get an AirBnb or book a hotel room downtown. We've been hearing that Airbnbs are a bit hard to find so a hotel is a good option. Everywhere in South Minneapolis is about a 12 minute drive apart, and downtown will have good public transit for accessing other parts of the city.
Silverwood Park (where the ceremony is) is outside the city, so regardless of where you stay, you'll need a Lyft or rental car to get there. We recommend carpooling. If you're worried about finding a place to stay, hit us up and we'll find a way to house you!
It is a tremendous gift to have you at our wedding, that is enough for us. If you're feeling eager to get us a gift:
We just bought a house! (A duplex with our friends 😎)
If you want to contribute to our furniture fund, venmo Ilona with the memo "furniture fund" so that we can buy furniture that fits the space.
We would also love hand-made crafts for our home. If you make art, we'd happily decorate our new house with it.
The wedding is Sunday July 19th at 4pm at Silverwood Park.
Please arrive at 4pm for drinks and preparation for the ceremony and tisch.
Yes! We'd love to have them and already know a few who are coming. Please indicate through your RSVP that you're bringing kids for our food and dessert count.
Every event will have free parking
There's a public parking lot with ample space at Silverwood for the day of the wedding.
There will be street parking Saturday night, we recommend carpooling but you will find a spot. You might need to look for one on a side street
There is plenty of public parking onsite for Monday morning's brunch
